Founders
Co-founder
Nicholas Gerwitz is a media professional who has spent the last seven years working across producing, production and post-production.
He became involved in the artificial intelligence space through research at the University at Buffalo, supporting a study on AI recognition of nonverbal emotional states in children, and through data labeling and producing for ElevenLabs.
He now brings these backgrounds together, creating long-lasting, tasteful media for anyone.
Co-founder
Ishanth ‘Shawn’ Kulasingham holds dual degrees in Business-Psychology and Global Health from the University of California, San Diego.
Drawing from his experiences in strategy for a Fortune 500 automaker and program management in the defense industry, Shawn evaluates operations and partnerships, driving key business decisions through strategic analysis. Alongside his time in policy with the U.S. House of Representatives, he is adept at forging robust client relationships.
As a co-founder of Institution, he continues to apply his analytical and leadership abilities to cultivate talent, grow business, and maintain operational efficiency.
